Founded in 2015 by a team of maritime professionnals, the french company NEOLINE aims to become the first shipowner centred around sustainability. Neoline develops a new transatlantic transport line that will be operated with two innovative sailing cargo ships specialized in ro-ro and heavy lift products transport. The ambition is to save 80% to 90% of pollutant emissions (bunker consumption) on this line by the power of the wind, lifting-up the shipping maritime industry into a more responsible, environmentally friendly business with a competitive and efficient service.

PILOT PROJECT SHIP : NEOLINER

The NEOLINER, a 136m lenght ro-ro ship fitted with innovative duplex rigging and equipped with an electric diesel auxiliary propulsion system will offer shippers a freight service in line with market regularity and efficiency standards. Thanks to its objective of a 80% to 90% reduction of hydrocarbon consumption, the Neoliner will be able to meet stringent requirements in means of cost control and environmental excellence.
The first Neoliner prototype is intended to be sailing on a transatlantic course by end of 2021.
