VPLP design est une jeune équipe de réputation internationale composée d’architectes, d’ingénieurs et de designers basés en France à Vannes, Nantes et à Paris ; ils travaillent sur des projets de voiliers et de bateaux à moteur dans le monde entier. L’activité se répartit en 3 pôles d’activités : la Course, La Plaisance (série et superyachting) et le Maritime.
VPLP Design is a long-established naval architecture firm, with a track record of proven mono an multihull sailing yachts, for cruising and racing. Since 2010, it has embarked into a journey of promoting maritime transportation decarbonization by developing and promoting wind propulsion for large ships. Having been at the origin of the Oceanwings concept now developed by Ayro, VPLP is using their wealth of experience to actively propose innovative wind assisted ship designs
